Practical AI skills for real work.

Who it is for

For teams ready to use AI in the work they already do

The cohort offer

How a team cohort works

Four focused weeks, built around your team's real tasks.

  1. 1

    Start with a scoping call

A 30-minute call to understand the team's work, goals, and context.

  2. 2

    Bring a working team

Each cohort has 6 to 12 people.

  3. 3

    Work together weekly

Four weekly 90-minute working sessions focus on the team's real tasks.

  4. 4

    Leave with a shared library

The team builds a shared prompt and workflow library to keep using after the cohort.

  5. 5

    Show the work

The cohort closes with a leadership show-and-tell.

What an employer gets

The cohort is designed to make the next steps clear for participants and leadership.

  • Named outcomes per person

Each participant leaves with named outcomes from their work in the cohort.

  • A 30-day adoption report

Leadership receives a short adoption report 30 days after the cohort.

  • A certificate for each participant

Every participant receives a certificate after completing the cohort.

Accommodations and access

The program works for neurodivergent learners and people who need accommodations. Tell us what will help during the scoping call so we can plan the cohort with the team in mind.
